9 Runtown vs Eric Many Entertainment

Prior to “Mad over you” and ownership status, Runtown signed a contract with Eric Many Entertainment, owned by Dilly Motors’ billionaire CEO Prince Okwudili Umenyiora. A few shots later, the relationship worsened and the situation worsened after his label accused him of signing for musical performances and attending musical performances without their knowledge – a breach of contract. Runtown then tried to terminate his contract in May 2016, claiming that he had never received payments – from shows, recorded royalties (MTN Music Plus, tunes, etc.). He also claimed that he was threatened with death by the label boss.
The label responded by obtaining a preliminary injunction that prevented it from occurring during any event or form of registration until the decision of its process. They went one step further and obtained another injunction against him in the United States, where he was billed to kick off a US Tour.
Eventually, both parties solved their extra-judicial problems and Runtown stayed on the label for another year. But his contract was improved because the new deal gave him more control.
